SCHOOL PROJECT FOR A COMPETITION : In collaboration with designers students and engineers students we participate in the contest Eco-Trophelia 2016 and we won the prize fruit and vegetables with the pizza range Senzza. This project was carried out in 6 months from market research to recipe and packaging. It is a gluten-free pizza without major allergens with a compound dough that has almost 100% vegetables.
The range is made up of 3 pizzas for each diet so that everyone can share a good time and a good pizza. This project was sell at AGROMOUSQUETAIRES a big french food group and presents at the SIAL 2016 in France Business.
